Bulk Frequency Administration

Polling frequency can be updated at the device level for a per device basis or can be done in bulk using the bulk frequency administration.

Access

From the Administration menu, expand the Object Administration section and select Bulk Frequency Administration

Once the page loads, you will see The following:

1. Available options
   • Options - Opens the options panel
   • Favorites - Adds the page to your Favorites
   • Select All - Selects all Devices or Tag Types
   • Clear All - Deselects all Devices or Tag Types
2. Devices & Tags
   • Devices - Shows all Polled Devices in the group.
   • Tag Types - Shows all of the Polled Tags for the Devices in the group.
3. Options Panel
   • View Selected Devices/Tag Types
   • Find Device/Tag Type in List
4. Schedule and Save
   • Select the New Polling Schedule
   • Save 

Change Polling Frequency

To change polling frequency of either an entire device or a tag type across many devices, select the checkbox beside the device name or tag type.

Once you have the Devices/Tag Types selected, set the new polling schedule from the Schedule Options at the bottom of the screen.

To commit the changes, click the Save icon on the lower right and a toast message will confirm the changes have been made.
