Full Site Instructions for clearing browser cache
Google Chrome and Firefox browsers
- Log out of the eLynx application.
- Press the Ctrl+Shift+Del keys to open the Clear browsing data panel for Google Chrome or the Clear All History panel for Firefox.
- In Google Chrome verify the options are checked for Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files. In Firefox verify all options in the History section of the Clear All History panel are checked. These options should be checked by default.
- Press the Clear data button to clear the browser cache.
- Open a new browser session and log into the eLynx application.
Safari browser
- Log out of the eLynx application.
- Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
- In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data.
- Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.

Mobile Safari (iOS users)
- Log out of the mobile website
- On your iPhone or iPad, tap the Settings option.
- Scroll the Settings list until you find the icon for Safari.
- Tap the option for Safari.
- Scroll the list until you see the option for Clear History and Website Data.
- Tap the option and when prompted with the red Clear History and Data option, tap the option.
Chrome App running on Android or iOS devices)
- On your phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
- Tap the 3 vertical ellipses menu and then Settings.
- Under "Advanced," tap Privacy and then Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
- Select the types of information you want to remove.
- Tap Clear data.

Android devices – Clear App Cache for an application
- Navigate to the Settings menu. ...
- Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate the app that you want to clear the cache or data for.
- Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the cache and app data will become available.
- Tap both options to clear both the cache and the local storage (offline data storage).
iOS devices – Clear App Cache for an application (This requires deleting and re-downloaded the application).
- Tap Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage.
- In the top section (Storage), tap Manage Storage.
- Select an app that's taking up a lot of space.
- Take a look at the entry for Documents & Data.
- Tap Delete App, then head to the App Store to re-download it.
