[Mobile App] – We have added the ability to take and attach photos to Run Tickets using the eLynx Mobile app. Photos can also be attached or viewed in the full site for a seamless workflow.
[Mobile App] – We have added the ability to view Dynacards in the eLynx Mobile app. You can navigate to a device, choose the Dynacard View option, and select up to ten cards to be displayed.
[Document Delivery] – We have added the ability to deliver documents through Microsoft’s AzCopy service. This serves as an alternative to FTP delivery for customers who are using Azure Cloud services.
[Image View] – We have updated our Image View functionality at both the Group and Device levels. Users can now upload images, choose the objects and data values they want to include, and position them over the image. Just like our Graph feature, these configurations can be saved as private or shared, providing flexibility for different use cases.
[Self Service] – Tools are now available for changing the Unit of Measure and Tag Association Type at the Tag level. Users must have the required ‘modify’ permissions to make changes. Please contact ourSupport teamfor more information on our self-service tools.
[Alarm Dashboard] – We have updated the Alarm Dashboard with several new features. When you click on an item in any of the top 5 lists, you will be taken to the detail view with that item highlighted. A new “more actions” button allows you to jump into editing the selected object.
[eLynx API] – We have added new API calls that allow users to write data to their Production Target tags. This serves as another convenient way to bring data into the system, along with our Data File Import tool.
Fixes
[Mobile Tag Graph] – In the eLynx Mobile application, timestamps were being displayed in UTC when viewing Tag level graphs. This issue has been corrected.
[Live Data] – We identified an issue where some SCADA configurations could cause data not to be displayed after performing write downs to field equipment. The data was still being processed and logged correctly. Our team identified and resolved this issue.
[Production Dashboard] – Graphs that were configured for stacked presentation were presented as a single graph in the Production Dashboard. The team quickly found the source of this bug once it was reported, and a fix has been issued.
[Lookup Lists] – We discovered an issue with Lookup Lists that led to errors when trying to edit an existing list. We identified and resolved the source of these errors.
[Historical Data] – When viewing the Historical Data page, the layout of the grid could be displayed out of alignment. The Name column would be offset from the data values, making it difficult to read the table. We’ve updated the page to keep the grid in line.
