• The battery should be replaced after 3 years.
Trouble Shooting

Solution |
| The kit only works during the day when the solar panel is producing a charge. |
The Battery/Solar Panel was not installed in the right order and the kit is only working off solar. Follow the directions and install the components in the correct order. |
| The battery is not charging |
Check the solar panel to endure it is clear of dirt/dust and has an unobstructed view of the sky. |
| The transmitter is not reporting accurate readings |
This can happen if the transmitter was installed "dirty". Make sure the tap is clean, and no sediment is bult up in the port. |
