When a line break occurs or there is a water loss event that needs to be documented, navigate to the affected device.
From the Device Details screen, select the Add Event Icon and select Add Water Loss Event.
Once you select Add Water Loss Event, the following screen will appear:
Enter the following data:
Start Time: The approximate time the water loss event began.
End Time: The approximate time the water loss event ended.
Estimated Gallons Lost: The approximate water lost during the event.
Cause: Select the root cause from those listed.
Notes: Add any additional commentary about the event.
Once all data has been entered, select SAVE in the upper right corner. Once save the record is then added to the history tab of the Device Details and is available to pull to reports and shows up on graphs.
