Mobile - Color Coding Devices In Alarm

Dennis Fennell with Alliance Petroleum had a good idea on ticket 162058:

In mobile, along with the option to sort devices to the top of the list that are in alarm, have an option to turn the "Device Name" cell whatever color the alarm Setpoint uses (typically red for alarm and green for acknowledged). This would behave just like the cells for tags in the full version of the site.

Sorting device names to the top is good, but it's not as visually arresting as a red cell on the grid. Also, the sort doesn't indicate weather the tag is in Alarm, or Acknowledged. In the web version, tags with alarm setpoints are often part of the page config, so it's easier to see why a device has been sorted to the top. The smaller screen of a mobile device doesn't communicate as much.
