Fixes

• [Group Hierarchy] – We’ve recently seen an issue where the Group Hierarchy is blank after the page finishes loading. Refreshing the browser typically solved this problem, but required a button click. We’ve now deployed a fix for this problem.

• [Mobile] – Apple recently released version 13.1 of iOS, which broke compatibility with some of the tools our Mobile app relied on. After being alerted of the issue, our engineers quickly reworked the tools and updated the app. Please check the App Store for updates.

Improvements

• [Mobile] – We have raised the number of data series that can be plotted on trends from three to ten. This should provide greater flexibility when viewing Device level trends in the Mobile application.

• [Diagnostics] – We have developed a new set of Lift Type Diagnostics for detecting common field production problems. These Diagnostics capture issues like liquid loading, stuck motor control valve, and consecutive missed arrivals on plunger wells. For gas lift wells, we can detect potential compressor issues and over injection. Please contact us for more information on Diagnostics.
