It seems that some of the latest updates to Chrome have decided to override some of the settings you may have configured regarding the pop-up blocker. If you find that pop-up windows are not opening for you in Scadalynx or SupportCenter, please perform the following.
Enter chrome://settings/ in your Chrome browser to get to the settings.
Click the “Show Advanced Settings” link.
Under the Privacy section, click the Content Settings button.
Scroll to the Pop-ups section and verify the settings look like this…
Click the “Manage Exceptions” button
