The Set Points views display detailed information for each set point configured including the current value of the set
point, the date and time the value was received, and the date and time of the last alarm condition that occurred for the
set point. The examples below show the Group, Device, and Tag level set points windows.
A user has the ability to acknowledge any set point in alarm from within the Set Points view of the mobile application by
swiping the set point details to reveal the Acknowledge button. The Acknowledge Set Point button is revealed by
swiping the set point details to the right.
Disabling and Enabling Set Points
A set point can be disabled or enabled from within the Set Points view. A set point can be disabled for a single
time frame by swiping any set point that is either in a normal or acknowledged state to reveal the Disable set point
button. The Settings button is revealed when swiping a disabled set point to re-enable it.
This will open the Disable Set Points window from which the user can set the Disable Set Points option to “On” and
select the applicable timeframe to disable an existing set point. A disabled set point can also be enabled by swiping the
disabled set point to reveal the Settings button and setting the Disable Set Points option to “Off”.
