Improvements

• [Mobile App] – We have added the ability to take and attach photos to Run Tickets using the eLynx Mobile app. Photos can also be attached or viewed in the full site for a seamless workflow.

• [Document Delivery] – We have added the ability to deliver documents through Microsoft’s AzCopy service. This serves as an alternative to FTP delivery for customers who are using Azure Cloud services.

• [Image View] – We have updated our Image View functionality at both the Group and Device levels. Users can now upload images, choose the objects and data values they want to include, and position them over the image. Just like our Graph feature, these configurations can be saved as private or shared, providing flexibility for different use cases.

• [Self Service] – Tools are now available for changing the Unit of Measure and Tag Association Type at the Tag level. Users must have the required ‘modify’ permissions to make changes. Please contact our Support team for more information on our self-service tools.
